In celebration of World Water Day 2024, Global Water Sustainability Centre (GWSC) joined forces with the Water Engineering and Management program hosted a special event themed “Water for Peace.” This event was about giving a voice to the AIT community. Students from both AIT and the AIT International School (AITIS) took center stage in a captivating monologue competition. The event drew a large crowd, and as these passionate young voices explored the connection between water and peace, it sparked a wave of insightful discussions about the importance of water for building a more sustainable and peaceful future.
